Versioned publishing

Guest submission
No account for referring offices. Double-clicks do not create two referrals. A receipt is issued only after the referral is saved.
Paper
Print blank form uses the same letterhead with empty lines. Print without submitting is marked Not submitted online. Submit and print includes the receipt.
Incoming Forms
Status, assignment, and private notes. A badge shows how many referrals are still New. Billing-only staff cannot open them.
Files
PDF, JPG, and PNG, checked by file contents. A safety scan runs before anyone can download a file.
Notifications
A short email says a referral is waiting. Patient names stay out of the email, the web address, and the card processor.
E‑signatures
Upload any document and place a field for each signer. Each signer has a color on the page. A signature link works while that person’s document is open. When everyone has signed, the completed PDF can be emailed to the signers. Sending is unlimited on every plan. Live forms (referral or e-signature) are shared. Basic documents are up to 40 MB and 100 pages. Pro documents are up to 100 MB and 500 pages. Group documents are up to 250 MB and 1,000 pages.
